Depart Atlanta in the evening for your overnight flight to Edinburgh.

Eat breakfast, then stop by Inveraray Castle, seat to the Dukes of Argyll, before continuing northwest to Oban. Ferry to the Isle of Mull and then drive across the island and take a foot-ferry to reach Iona, where you will have dinner and stay overnight.

After breakfast, visit the famous Iona Abbey and Nunnery, a major starting point for Christianity's spread in Scotland that was founded by St. Columba from Ireland in 563. Spend the rest of the day in devotion and quiet contemplation. Have dinner and stay overnight in Iona.

Following breakfast, take another day for worship and contemplation before having dinner and staying overnight.

After breakfast, ferry back to Mull and the Scottish mainland. Then, cross to Scotland's northeast along Loch Ness (where the Loch Ness Monster is said to reside), taking a short cruise on the Loch en route.

After breakfast, check out of your London hotel. Catch the morning train to Durham and check into your hotel. Visit the renowned Durham Cathedral and learn about early Medieval Christianity in the area. Dinner (included) and overnight in Durham.

Following breakfast, board the bus and head to the Christian site of Lindisfarne. The origins of Christianity in Lindisfarne date back to late antiquity. Enjoy a day for prayer and reflection. Transfer to Berwick for dinner (included) and overnight.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and board the bus. Your destination is Edinburgh. Along the way, you'll visit Abbotsford, home of Sir Walter Scott, and Rosslyn Chapel (of Davinci Code fame). Arrive in Edinburgh. Time on your own for dinner and exploring. Overnight Edinburgh.

Breakfast and then embark on a tour of Edinburgh. Visit Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, St. Giles, Holyrood, Greyfriars, and the John Knox house. Enjoy a farewell dinner (included) and then overnight Edinburgh.

Enjoy your final breakfast in the UK. Then check out of the hotel and head to the airport for your return flight to the U.S.
