Price: $3,900 per person
Single Supplement: $840 per person

Air: No group air. Participants will need to make their own arrangements to arrive in Munich on December 1, 2024. Private transfer to Nuremberg included in price.

Deposit: $500 due at registration. Non-refundable after August 30, 2024
Interim Payment: $1,000.00 due August 30, 2024. Invoiced by Academy Travel. Non-refundable after October 16, 2024.
Final Payment: Due October 16, 2024. Invoiced by Academy Travel. Non-refundable.

  1. Accommodations per itinerary: 3 nights in Nuremberg, 3 nights in Munich, 1 night Fussen area

  7. Transfer from Munich airport to Nuremberg hotel

What IS NOT included in your trip:

  1. International Air
  2. Meals not mentioned in itinerary
  3. Entrance fees/sight-seeing not mentioned in itinerary
  4. Travel insurance
  5. Personal expenses
  6. PCR testing if required

Baggage information: You are allowed one checked bag that must not weigh more than 50 lbs or 23 kg and must not be larger than 62 linear inches (height + width + length) or 158 linear centimeters.

You are also allowed one carry-on bag that must not weigh more that 17 lbs or 8 kg and must not be larger than 20 x 16 x 9 inches or 55 x 40 x 23 cm. Along with one personal item such as a purse or laptop bag but no larger than 32 linear inches (height + width + length) or 80 linear centimeters.

Passport Requirements: Passports must be current and should be valid for at least six months from the date of return from the trip (July 2025).Please upload an image of the signature and photo pages of your passport to Academy Travel as part of the registration process.

The price is based on 15 participants. Should the cancellation of individual participants diminish the group size below the minimum, we reserve the following options: (a) carry on with program with cost reducing alterations; or (b) levy a surcharge, based on final participation size.
